The DigNow, site and available services, which are exclusively acessed through DigNow.org, hence forward known as DigNow, set up this use term according to the discriminated conditions below: 1. The DigNow is a plataform that offers information and services aiming to facilitate the divulgation, organization, evaluation, attendance of created and available content of sites or blogs authors in the internet, and also the research for this kind of content. 2. The DigNow is not responsable by fortuitous break of the content integrity, since the computer resources, which add the content, may fail despite of their correction capacity. The DigNow is also not responsable by addition of all the registered sites: it is not possible to warrant that it will be always done, sice it depends on special resources, which may be available by sites. 3. Considerating all the available content in DigNow, exception both the specific pages of the site and the official weblog of the DigNow, it is totally a ownership and responsability of their authors, clearly identified or not. Ih us, DigNow is really not responsable by the authors created content and by the veracity or adaptation of this content according to any law, in force. The DigNow also provides only brief passages of this content in order to respect the author's ownership and rights. However, if all the author's content be present in the DigNow, because it is a content of short extension, we underitand that the rights were preserved and exempt us of any responsability. Finally, whenever the DigNow makes available some content, it will be presented with the original publication of the site information. Cheking the veracity and provenance of the information is a user responsability. 4. The DigNow classify its users into two basic categories: normal user, henceforward know as user, who comprises any person or system that have access to the public information of the DigNow and a personal identification is not necessary; and the registered user, henceforward know as member, comprising users that concluded their register in the DigNow and need to identify themselves in order to have access for information and services. All the members are also users, both are under the same applicable rules. 5. The sites that have already been added by DigNow can be associated as members, but only after concluding the necessary actions to confirm the member ownership on the site at issue. However, the DigNow is not responsable by fortuitous and equivocal association of ownership, since the DigNow makes use of automatic resources to confirm the ownership, which may fail despite of their correction capacity. 6. The DigNow has the obligation of engaging itself into the best efforts to maintain all personal data of its members into confidence, excepting the data that is used to identify members in the DigNow pages. The DigNow doesn't share personal information of its members with other sites without the previous autorization of the member at issue. 7. Members can request the cancellation of their registers and the removal of their sites at any time. After the site is removed from DigNow, it won't be presented in the site once more, and won't be registered again without a formal solicitation of its author. After a member register is cancellated, the user name and the e-mail of this member can be used again (both or only ore of them) in a new register: in this case, the use of a user name by another person is not a responsability of the DigNow. 8. The DigNow has the right to remove, of its register at any time, any member or site that is considered as inadequate or harmful. The DigNow has the obligation of engaging itself into the best efforts to combat any content of harmful aspect in the site. 9. The DigNow has the right to provide any information of its register to the justice and competent authorities when it be formally solicited. The DigNow has the obligation of engaging itself into the best efforts in collaboration with the justice when it be necessary. 10. The DigNow has the right to modify, at any moment, the content and terms of this use term, being the users automatically aware and agreeing with the new terms. 11. The DigNow is always ready to listen, discuss and even modify this use term in order to adept it into the same interest of the DigNow and its users.
